“So, even though I am staying only a few days, I would love to see Kuching and experience the different culture here,” Seo told reporters, as translated by Lee at the Kuching International Airport (KIA).

A statement distributed at the event said that the pair were invited by OCI TerraSus for the Life Campaign – Stay Healthy, Stay Connected.

Seo, who has achieved 11 title victories in 2025, will begin his visit with a city tour before he transitions into a series of community and health-focused activities.

On Friday evening, he will join a friendly badminton session with healthcare professionals and members of SABATI, highlighting the role of sport in strengthening heart and lung health.

A key feature of the Kuching stop is the health and education segment, where medical specialists from Sarawak General Hospital (SGH) will conduct interactive sessions on cardiology, preventive healthcare and workplace wellness.

Seo will also lead badminton-based cardio sessions, integrating HIIT, resistance training and cardio-focused drills to demonstrate how sport can support prevention, rehabilitation and overall healthy living.

Seo will conclude his visit in Bintulu on the Nov 22, where he is scheduled to play a friendly badminton match with local healthcare professionals and staff from OCI TerraSus, further advocating for active lifestyles within the community.

The Life Campaign showcases how combining health education and sports activity can encourage long-term wellbeing while strengthening community connections.
