Many do not know what is Ulat Lelamas. It is a type of edible wild worm that has a shiny black shell, and widely commercialised at that.
Either fried, or smoked or cooked with condiments that include lemongrass, the worm is normally eaten along with sago.
Ulat Lelamas sells for RM400 per kg.
