MIRI: A youth was injured after the motorcycle he was riding collided with a bus at Jalan Miri-Bypass here, last Friday.
The incident took place at around 5.00pm when the victim, in his 20s, was heading to Pujut Tanjung Batu from Saberkas roundabout.
He was believed to be riding against the traffic flow and collided with the oncoming bus. As a result of the collision, he was thrown off the machine and landed in a roadside drain.
The victim who sustained head and bodily injuries was later taken to Miri Hospital for treatment via an ambulance.
