KUCHING: Yunco Enterprise Sdn Bhd has launched its first community outreach initiative by partnering with local non-governmental organisation Hope Place Kuching.
According to Hope Place, through their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, Yunco Enterprise were pleased to contribute paint supplies to support Hope Place efforts, in creating a brighter and more welcoming environment for those in need.
Yunco Enterprise director Alexander Hii Lu Kwong said the company’s role goes beyond supplying building materials, emphasising its commitment to fostering stronger, more compassionate communities.
“On behalf of Yunco Enterprise, we are truly honoured to be part of this meaningful collaboration with Hope Place.
“We believe that a fresh coat of paint does more than just beautify a space, it brings new hope, warmth, and a sense of dignity to the people who use it,” Hii said in a statement today (May 24).
He added that the company is also grateful toward Hope Place for the vital work they carry out and thanked the organisation for the opportunity to contribute.
“Giving back to the society is not only a responsibility, but also a shared commitment – one that helps everyone grow not just as a business but as part of the compassionate society,” he said.
The handover was presented by Yunco Sales and Marketing manager Ting Kee Wei, together with his sales team while receiving the contribution was Hope Place operations manager Yong Tiong Yieng.
