KUCHING: About 100 police personnel took part in the annual blood donation drive held at the Sarawak Contingent Police Headquarters at Jalan Badruddin here yesterday morning in conjunction with the 212th Police Memorial Day.
Sarawak Criminal Investigation Department (CID) chief SAC Denis Leong Soon Kuai, who officiated at the launch, thanked police personnel who were donating blood.
“Donating blood saves lives and it is a noble thing to do. This will help the Blood Bank in the Sarawak General Hospital,” he added.
