MATU: A total of 480 people flooded the Dewan Suarah Matu vaccination centre (PPV) here on its second day of operations on Sunday (June 13).
The Malaysian Information Department (JaPen) Sarawak said the second and third phases of the vaccination programme are concurrently taking place there.
The PPV was filled with senior citizens as well as those who are 18 years old and above.
JaPen added that there was also a special lane dedicated for vaccine recipients who needed wheelchair support.
“The second day of the Covid-19 National Immunisation Programme in the district of Matu ended at 6pm and it will continue the following day,” it said in a statement on Monday (June 14).
