BINTULU: A mechanic was killed after his vehicle went out of control and crashed into a road divider at Mile 13, Jalan Bintulu-Miri.
Sarawak Traffic Police chief Supt Alexson Naga Chabu said Robinson Engkang Rundang, 33, was going towards Rumah Gawan at Mile 14.
“After the crash he was trapped in his seat. He was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics,” he said.
Robinson’s body was taken to Bintulu Hospital for post mortem.
Alexson said no one saw the accident when it happened around 10.20pm last Monday (Nov 30)
The case is being investigated under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987.
