KUCHING: Business operators do not need separate record books for their employees as long as the MySejahtera system is in place and is being used properly and consistently.

Kuching South City Council (MBKS) stated this in response to a recent posting on the Amazing Kuching FB page about a staff record book at the premises.

“However, if operators use physical record books for recording, it is best to keep two different records — one for customers and one for workers — for easier and more accountable contact tracking.”

If you have any questions about the compound, call the council at 082-354359 (Enforcement Division).
