MIRI: A total 50 packs of pre-dawn meals to Miri Hospital and Miri Central Police station (CPS) were distributed on Saturday by Persatuan Kebajikan Prihatin Miri.
The programme was part of their ‘Wow Terjah Sahur’, with objective to alleviate the burden of vulnerable people who are working long hours shift especially in the healthcare and community safety in preparing food for sahur during Ramadan month.
Each of the Sahur pack food pack contains the basic or staple food of the beneficiaries’ local diet such as rice, ayam masak merah, coleslaw, bubur barli, pudding, fruits, dates and mineral water.
Also joining in the programme were some Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB) Pujut branch N74 committee members.
