MATU: Deputy Minister in the Premier’s Department (Integrity and Ombudsman) Datuk Dr Juanda Jaya has conducted a working visit to hand over five Rural Transformation Projects (RTP) in the Jemoreng constituency.
Among the sites visited were the upgrading of buildings and other additional works at the Jawatankuasa Kuasa Ketua Kampung (JKKK) Kampung Sok resource centre worth RM150,000; repair of belian bridges in Kampung Jemoreng Hulu (RM120,000); upgrading of Kampung Bawang hall under Phase 3 (RM100,000); upgrading of Kampung Tian resource centre under Phase 3 (RM150,000); and repairing of the jetty in Kampung Kuala Matu Hulu amounting to RM150,000.
Juanda, who is also Jemoreng assemblyman advised the selected contractors to execute the construction work according to the schedule to avoid project delays.
