KUCHING: Kuching City FC have enhanced their lineup with the signing of experienced goalkeeper Muhammad Haziq Nadzli, who is set to begin a new chapter in his professional career with The Cats.
The news was confirmed via Kuching City FC’s official Facebook page.
“Welcome, Haziq Nadzli, to Kuching City FC! The experienced goalkeeper is ready to embark on a new journey with us. With his composure and agility between the posts, Haziq’s arrival is expected to strengthen our last line of defence.
“Let’s give our full support to Haziq in his mission to take Kuching City FC to greater heights!” it said.
Haziq’s signing adds to the club’s recent transfer activity, following the arrival of forward Ahmad Danial Ahmad Asri.
The former Selangor FC striker is known for his pace, close control, and sharp finishing.
He has also represented Malaysia at the U‑23 level, including appearances at major tournaments such as the AFC U‑23 Asian Cup 2022.
Adding to the good news, Kuching City has also confirmed the permanent signing of Ramadhan Saifullah.
