SIBU: The Sibu Water Board (SWB) will commence water pipe installation works involving a 1600mm diameter mild steel pipe along the road shoulder and road reserve stretching from the Sibu Water Board premises to Sing Kwong Shopping Complex.
According to a statement issued by the board, the works are scheduled to begin tomorrow (Jun 20).
“During the pipeline construction period, any vegetation, gardens, or trees located within the government road reserves and road shoulders will be removed to facilitate the installation process,” said the statement today.
SWB expressed its regret over any inconvenience caused to the public.
