Batang Sadong Member of Parliament and SKM Board Member, Rodiyah Sapiee, said the contribution reflects the cooperative movement’s concern for educational needs, while also helping to ease the burden on parents.

“I hope this contribution will not only enhance the quality of learning but also ease the burden on parents and reflect the cooperative movement’s concern in supporting rural communities,” she said.

In addition, she informed that the RM150,000 upgrading project for the Selangking Village JKKK Hall has also been approved through her RTP allocation.

Rodiyah also emphasised her commitment to continue supporting the education agenda in the Simunjan District through strategic cooperation between SKM, the Batang Sadong Parliament, the school, the Parent Teacher Association (PTA) and the local community.

The event was enlivened by the Quran Completion Ceremony, Appreciation Day and Graduation, highlighting pupils’ educational aspirations, involving 15 Year 6 pupils who successfully completed the Quran and 10 preschool students who were celebrated for their achievements.
