KUALA LUMPUR: Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd (F&NHB) is expected to remain focused on building future value through innovation, diversification and financial transformation in financial year 2026 (FY2026).
Chief executive officer Lim Yew Hoe said innovation remains central to drive the company’s continued relevance and competitive edge by consistently refreshing its product portfolio to meet evolving customer preferences.
“While geopolitical uncertainties and macroeconomic headwinds are expected to persist, the group’s strong financial position, healthy cash flow from core operations, and disciplined cost management and asset optimisation place us in a solid position to navigate these challenges with agility and resilience,” he said in a statement.
He said that under this backdrop, F&NHB’s priority is to accelerate market share growth with focus on ensuring supply continuity across Indochina while building its next pillars of growth.
“At a broader level, F&NHB remains committed to creating sustainable long-term value through disciplined strategic investments that expand our consumer reach and reduce environmental impact,” he added.
In FY2025, the group recorded RM5.8 billion revenue, with F&NHB operating profit and profit before tax growing by 6.8 per cent and 5.1 per cent respectively, supported by lower input costs and operational discipline.
Lim said that during FY2025, the company evolved from its earlier focus on capturing value across the entire value chain to a renewed commitment to deliver more value, innovation and a greater positive impact while driving long-term sustainability and prosperity for the business.
The new F&N Beverages plant in Butterworth commenced operations in August 2025, producing drinking water and carbonated beverages for the northern Peninsular Malaysia market, while investments in the F&N Green Valley integrated dairy farm began delivering results with milk production and crop harvesting during the year.
Meanwhile, the construction of F&N Foods (Cambodia) Co Ltd facility remains on schedule for completion by March 2026 to enable localised and cost-efficient production for Indochina. – BERNAMA
