SARATOK: State Secretary Datuk Amar Mohamad Abu Bakar Marzuki conducted a working visit to Saratok and Kabong districts to review several key government infrastructure projects aimed at strengthening public service delivery and supporting local development.

During the visit, he was briefed on the proposed site for the new Saratok District Office as well as the proposed government quarters for civil servants, which are expected to improve administrative efficiency and staff welfare.

He was also briefed about plans to construct Anjung Kalaka, a proposed facility that will provide additional amenities and convenience to the public.

In addition, Abu Bakar visited the Roban Sub-District Office to inspect the proposed site for a new sub-district office building, reflecting the government’s ongoing efforts to upgrade administrative infrastructure in the area.

The working visit continued in Kabong, where he reviewed the development of the new Kabong Hall project and the implementation of the new Kabong District Office building, located near Tanjong Kembang.

The visit was aimed at ensuring that the planning and implementation of development projects in Saratok and Kabong are in line with the Sarawak government’s policies and development agenda.
