Sabah Legislative Assembly (DUN) Speaker Datuk Seri Panglima Kadzim M. Yahya and his wife Datin Seri Noraini Salleh led a Sabah DUN delegation on a visit to the Sarawak DUN today.
The delegation was welcomed by Sarawak DUN Speaker Tan Sri Datuk Amar Mohamad Asfia Awang Nassar during the opening ceremony of the First Meeting of the Fifth Term of the 19th Sarawak DUN Sitting.
Also in the delegation were Sabah DUN Deputy Speaker Datuk Al Hambra Tun Juhar and his wife Datin Scarlett Suhaili Sambinding.
The visit reflected the longstanding ties and cooperation between the legislative assemblies of Sabah and Sarawak.
Besides observing the sitting proceedings, the delegation also toured the Sarawak DUN complex.
