KUCHING: Local musicians, dancers and performers will come together for Voices of Her, a mini musical set to explore friendship, ambition and artistic identity at Purrfect Studio here on Sept 5.
Presented by Night People Show, the production centres on three friends — Carrie Geres, Steff Fleur and Pearl — whose relationship is tested when an unexpected opportunity puts their individual ambitions and differences into the spotlight.
Eva Kennedy also joins the cast as a fellow artist and friend, while dancers from Danceversity will feature in the production. Rahman, also known as Twenty, is set to make a special cameo appearance.
The live musical accompaniment will be provided by Rendall, Farouk, Erfan and Aiman.
Rather than focusing solely on performance, the production uses music, dance and theatrical storytelling to explore how friendship can change when personal ambitions collide.
The show begins at 8pm, with doors opening at 7.30pm.
