KUCHING: The countdown is on, with just two weeks remaining before Borderland Music Festival 2026 takes over Sarawak Cultural Village.

The two-day electronic dance music festival on September 11 and 12 will feature more than 40 international, regional and local artistes.

Leading the line-up are Ben Nicky, KSHMR and Blasterjaxx, alongside Arcando, DNA, Juelz and RAMENGVRL featuring Indahkus, Dia and Kenz.

Anticipation is building, with several ticket categories already nearing full take-up.

According to the organiser’s latest update, 93 per cent of VIP passes and 90 per cent of VVIP Sofa passes had been sold.

Blind sale, General Admission Tier 1 and Early Admission Tier 1 tickets have sold out.

A special two-day pass priced at RM268 is also available exclusively to students of Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak Campus.

Festivalgoers have been advised to plan their journey early as parking near the venue is limited.

Shuttle bus services will be available, while e-hailing passengers must alight at the designated T-junction stop point before taking a shuttle van to the venue.

This year’s festival will also introduce its first collaborative T-shirt with Kuching-based luxury streetwear label Dickson Lim World.

Other merchandise includes caps, flags, sunglasses and fans.
