MIRI: Over the past few weeks a housewife at Strawberry Park in Luak Esplanade was baffled by the disappearance of her panties.
Then about 1am yesterday, she saw a stranger peeping through a window of her house. Terrified, she immediately called the police.
Two Resident Committee members from Pujut and Piasau were also mobilised to the place.
Prior to the incident, the woman in her 40’s was walking towards her kitchen when she spotted a figure outside.
Suspicious, she confronted the teenage stranger and questioned why he was lurking outside her home.
Instead of answering her, the boy (based on the woman’s description of him) ran away.
The woman suspected that the teenager had something to do with her missing underwear and those of her daughter.
