KUCHING: Global gym brand Anytime Fitness is set to make its debut in East Malaysia with the opening of two outlets here this July, marking a major expansion of international fitness offerings in Sarawak.

The launch, led by FHR Alliance Sdn Bhd, will mark the opening of Anytime Fitness Tower 33 and Anytime Fitness Podium, bringing 24-hour access to fitness facilities for the local community.

The move represents the brand’s first presence in East Malaysia, expanding access to globally recognised fitness services in the region.

In conjunction with the launch, a limited pre-sale membership campaign has been introduced, offering special rates to the first 300 members.

Pre-sales for the Tower 33 outlet began on Saturday (April 18) at Vivacity Megamall, while pre-sales for the Podium outlet will start on April 25.

The campaign will run for three months, with early members receiving exclusive perks including early access and limited-edition merchandise.

The brand, which operates more than 6,000 locations worldwide and over 120 across Malaysia, is known for its flexible 24/7 access model and global membership connectivity.

Members will be able to access any Anytime Fitness outlet, locally or internationally, using a single key fob.

The facilities here will include international-standard gym equipment and a wide range of group fitness programmes, including Hyrox training, Les Mills classes, aerial yoga, Zumba, and Piloxing.

FHR Alliance said the Kuching outlets will also focus on building a strong community presence through collaborations with local businesses and events.

The initiative aims to position the gyms as more than just fitness centres, but as community hubs that promote wellness, connection, and inclusive participation.
