SIBU: The Ninth Brigade Infantry slaughtered two cows and three goats for sacrifice in conjunction with Hari Raya Aidiladha celebration at Rascom Camp here, yesterday.
The celebration kicked off with a prayer at the Mujahid Mosque at 7.30am, led by Major Ustaz Shahril Md Saad, followed by the symbolic handing over of a knife for the slaughtering of the sacrificial cows and goats between the Ninth Brigade Infantry Commander, Brigadier-General Dato’ Dzulkafli Mustaffa and Ustaz Shahril.
Also present were First Infantry Division Commander, Major-General Datuk Stephen Mundaw and 31st Infantry Brigade Commander, Brigadier-General Dato’ Fadzil Tajudin.
