KUCHING: Don’t be afraid to seek help and support if you are feeling stressed, worried or depressed.

In making this call, Local Government and Housing Minister Datuk Seri Dr Sim Kui Hian said the Covid-19 pandemic had a major impact on the people’s mental health.

“Health workers, students, people living alone and those with pre-existing conditions have been particularly affected.

“If you are feeling stressed, worried, or depressed or feel that life is unbearable, talk to someone now about your problems and call the hotlines available,” he said in a Facebook post on Monday (Oct 11).

Those in need of mental health and emotionally support, he said, could contact:
