KUCHING: The Dayak Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI) has expressed its deepest condolences on the passing of one of its founding members, the late Datuk Douglas Sullang.

In a post on its official Facebook page today (May 12), DCCI said the late Douglas had served the chamber with great dedication, including as a former vice president, and played an important role in strengthening the Dayak business community as well as the development of the organisation.

“His invaluable contributions, vision and commitment towards strengthening the Dayak business community and the development of DCCI will always be remembered and deeply appreciated,” it said.

DCCI described his passing as a great loss to the organisation and the wider business community.

The chamber also expressed hope that his legacy would continue to inspire future generations while extending prayers and condolences to his family during the difficult period of mourning.
