The Bintulu Development Authority (BDA) said the premises was found to be in an unsatisfactory and unhygienic condition, posing a potential risk to public health.
Inspectors also discovered cockroach infestation in the kitchen and food preparation areas, along with several violations of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Following the findings, the BDA team directed the premises to cease operations immediately and issued a 14-day closure order for cleaning and improvement works to be carried out.
