MIRI: Five men, including two foreigners, were arrested following a fight in Bekenu that went viral on social media.
Miri police chief ACP Mohd Farhan Lee Abdullah said the suspects were detained to assist investigations.
He said several weapons believed to have been used during the incident were also seized.
The suspects have been remanded until Apr 19 at the Miri Central Police Station lock-up.
The case is being investigated under Section 148 of the Penal Code and Section 6(1) of the Corrosive and Explosive Substances and Offensive Weapons Act 1958.
