MIRI: Four men suspected of being involved in motorcycle thefts in the district were arrested by police in Kampung Tukau here, last Thursday night.

Three of the suspects were picked up at an unnumbered house in the village around 8.00pm, following a tip-off.

“Following the arrest of the three suspects, the police raided another house in the same village and detained the fourth suspect along with a motorcycle.

“After checking the motorcycle, it was reported missing on August 27,” sources said.

All four suspects, in their 20’s, were taken to Miri Central Police Station to facilitate investigation under Section 379A of the Penal Code.
