KUCHING: The Head of State, Tun Pehin Sri Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar, received a courtesy call from Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg at his office here today (June 18).
The meeting was held ahead of the State Cabinet meeting (MMKN) scheduled later in the day.
During the meeting, Abang Johari briefed Wan Junaidi on matters related to the state’s administration and development agenda.
They also discussed current issues and strategic initiatives being implemented by the Sarawak Government to support the state’s continued development.
Wan Junaidi expressed confidence that Sarawak would continue to record positive progress under the Premier’s leadership through policies and initiatives focused on economic growth, regional development, and the wellbeing of the people.
