KUCHING: Junior Chamber International (JCI) Kuching will organise its Trainers Marathon 2026 over four weekends beginning July 12 to equip young trainers with professional training skills and certification.
The programme, scheduled on July 12, 19, 26 and August 2, is open to Youth Trainers aged between 18 and 40.
According to JCI Kuching, the initiative aims to develop a pool of competent youth trainers while strengthening networking opportunities between JCI members and the wider community.
Participants will undergo training leading to the JCI Malaysia Trainers Certification.
JCI Kuching said the programme also provides a platform for trainers to exchange knowledge, skills and expertise in areas including business, hobbies and personal talents.
Training sessions may be conducted at the JCI Kuching Secretariat, participants’ offices or outdoor venues, depending on the trainers’ preference.
Participation is free for JCI Kuching members, while non-members aged 40 and below will be charged RM150.
The fee includes a 10-hour training programme, administrative costs, basic marketing support and complimentary JCI Kuching membership.
JCI is a global non-profit organisation for active young people aged 18 to 40, with members in more than 100 countries, dedicated to creating positive change through community leadership and development.
