JOHOR BAHRU: The Johor State Legislative Assembly was dissolved today, paving the way for a fresh state election.
The dissolution was announced by Johor Menteri Besar Datuk Onn Hafiz Ghazi at a special press conference at his official residence in Saujana here this afternoon.
Onn Hafiz said the decision followed the consent of the Regent of Johor, Tunku Mahkota Ismail, during an audience earlier today. – BERNAMA
