PADAWAN: A motorcyclist was killed when he lost control of the vehicle he was riding and crashed into the road barrier on Sunday evening (Nov 14).
The mishap occurred around 5pm at Mile 9, Jalan Matang, when Abdullah Sadi, 21, was heading towards Matang.
Sarawak traffic police chief Supt Alexson Naga Chabu said the general contract worker was thrown against a road sign and a telecommunication pole in the crash.
Paramedics from Sarawak General Hospital (SGH) confirmed that he had died at the scene.
