PADAWAN: A local man was pronounced dead after allegedly falling from a residential building along Jalan Matang yesterday (Sept 10).
Padawan police chief Supt Mohd Irwan Hafiz Md Radzi confirmed that they were alerted to the incident around 5.25 pm.
“The 26-year-old allegedly fell from the third floor of the building. Unfortunately, he was pronounced dead by medical officers while on the way to the Sarawak General Hospital (SGH),” he said in a statement.
Further examinations revealed no signs of suspicious injuries on the body.
Mohd Irwan said the case is being classified as sudden death.
