SERIAN: Deputy Minister for Food Industry, Commodity, and Regional Development, Datuk Martin Ben, has retained his position as Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB) Kedup Branch chief for the 2024-2027 term.
During the party’s branch delegates meeting, Martin expressed gratitude to the members of the PBB Kedup Branch for entrusting him to lead the branch for another three years.
Martin, who also serves as the Kedup assemblyman, highlighted the Sarawak government’s ongoing efforts to develop rural areas.

“Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg has allocated RM6.8 billion to accelerate development in rural areas across Sarawak,” he said.
He urged grassroots leaders to cooperate and make full use of the allocation to benefit their respective communities.
Meanwhile, Councillor Katleen Duri Limin was appointed as the PBB Kedup Women’s Wing chief for the 2024-2027 term, while Micheal Bel Ben was named the PBB Kedup Youth Wing chief.
