KUCHING: Bukit Begunan assemblyman Datuk Mong Dagang handed over an allocation of RM45,000 for three Minor Rural Projects (MRP) in his constituency.

According to Sarawak Public Communication Unit (UKAS) on Monday (Feb 7), the allocation was presented to the Kampung Melayu Bakong Village Security and Development Committee (JKKK) and Kampung Melayu Tanjung Bijat Hadrah group.

The MRP allocation was also presented for the upgrading of mosque facilities.

Speaking at the handing over of the allocation at Kampung Melayu Tanjung Bijat on Sunday (Feb 6), Mong thanked the residents in the Bukit Begunan area for supporting the Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) government in the 12th State Election.
