KUCHING: PMG Group has extended its support to the Malaysian Red Crescent Society (MRCS) Stampin Branch through the sponsorship of first aid kit refills as part of its ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts.
The contribution was handed over by pharmacist Evelyn, representative of PMG 101 Branch, to Ambulance Service Officer of MRCS Stampin Branch, Kenny Lim, who was accompanied by Field Officer Wasion Asiep.
Branch Chairperson Chew Kim Soon expressed sincere appreciation for PMG’s continuous support, saying that such partnerships demonstrate the power of compassion in action.
“When the corporate and humanitarian sectors unite, our communities become stronger, safer, and more resilient,” he said.
This meaningful initiative underscores PMG’s role as a strategic partner of the MRCS Stampin Branch, reflecting a shared commitment to enhancing community preparedness, emergency response, and volunteer welfare.
The refilled first aid kits will be distributed for community events, school programmes, and ambulance operations to ensure readiness in times of need.
The CSR collaboration also aligns with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3: Good Health and Well-Being and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, reflecting PMG’s proactive role in supporting public health and social responsibility.
