SIBU: Police are seeking assistance from eyewitnesses in identifying the driver of a Perodua Bezza involved in a road accident with a pedestrian here on Aug 6.
The Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Division (BSPT) is investigating the incident, which occurred on Jalan Oya near SMK Saint Elizabeth at about 4.28pm.
According to police, the Perodua Bezza was believed to have been travelling from Jalan Tong Sang towards Jalan Deshon when the accident occurred.
However, the vehicle’s registration number and the identity of the driver have yet to be established.
Police are appealing to members of the public who may have dashcam footage, CCTV recordings or any information relating to the accident or the vehicle to come forward.
Those who were in the vicinity of Jalan Oya near SMK Saint Elizabeth at the time of the incident are particularly urged to contact the police.
