SIBU:The remand order against the babysitter who is being investigated for allegedly killing a nine-month-old baby boy at Jalan Permai here two weeks ago, has been extended to Jan 28.
The extension of the remand order was issued by the Magistrate’s Court here to enable further investigations under Section 302 of the Penal Code.
Police arrested the 39-year-old woman for allegedly abusing Aariz Harraz Zahin Azman on Jan 8 at her house following a report by the victim’s father. - Bernama
