KUCHING: The River Palace Cantonese Restaurant has elevated its dining experience with a new Dim Sum Lunch Menu featuring more than 30 handcrafted Cantonese delicacies at promotional prices.
Available daily from 10am to 2pm, the menu showcases freshly prepared dim sum crafted using premium ingredients and traditional Cantonese techniques for families, business diners and casual gatherings.
General Manager of Riverside Majestic Hotel, Kenneth Perreau said in a press statement yesterday that the launch reflected the hotel’s continued commitment to enhancing dining experiences through authentic Cantonese cuisine and exceptional value.
“We invite everyone to experience the craftsmanship of our Master Dim Sum Chef and take advantage of our special RM10.90 promotion throughout the promotional period,” he said.
The introductory promotion offers every dim sum item at RM10.90 per serving from July 22 until Aug 31, providing diners with an affordable opportunity to sample the restaurant’s latest offerings.
Leading the kitchen is Master Dim Sum Chef Billy Leong Kar Sooi, who brings more than four decades of international culinary experience specialising in Cantonese cuisine and traditional dim sum.
Chef Billy said every dish is handcrafted daily using premium ingredients while preserving authentic Cantonese cooking traditions to ensure diners enjoy quality, consistency and genuine flavours with every serving.
Besides its extensive dim sum selection, River Palace also serves a comprehensive à la carte menu featuring rice, noodles, fresh seafood, poultry and seasonal vegetables, offering complete lunch options for guests.
