KUANTAN: The Head of Sarawak, Tun Pehin Sri Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar, and his wife, Toh Puan Datuk Patinggi Fauziah Mohd Sanusi, were the distinguished guests at a grand dinner hosted at the Hyatt Regency Resort in conjunction with their three-day official visit to Pahang.
The banquet on Monday (Feb 10) was graced by the Crown Prince of Pahang, His Royal Highness Tengku Hassanal Ibrahim Alam Shah ibni Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah, who extended a warm royal welcome, reflecting the close ties between the two states.
Also present were Pahang Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Diraja Wan Rosdy Wan Ismail and his wife, Datin Seri Diraja Burhah Mohamad, along with members of the Pahang state executive council and heads of various departments.
The evening was enlivened with captivating cultural performances and traditional singing by Pahang State Arts and Culture artists, adding a touch of elegance and heritage to the event.
Wan Junaidi and his wife expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Crown Prince of Pahang and the Pahang state government for their warm hospitality and the splendid organization of the event.
The official visit to Pahang aims to strengthen the close ties between Sarawak and Pahang while fostering strategic cooperation for mutual benefit.
