BINTULU: Senator Rita Insol called on all Malaysians to immediately register for the Covid-19 vaccination programme.
She said it was important for the good of individuals, family and society as well as to help restore the lives of the people and the country’s economy back to normal.
“I urged everyone to register for the programme immediately and wait for your turn,” she said when met by reporters after receiving the Pfizer-Biontech Covid-19 vaccine at the Sri Kenyalang Hall of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) Bintulu Campus, on Sunday (March 21).
“Don’t worry, it doesn’t hurt at all. My condition is still good as usual. For those who have not registered, I advised them to register and do not to miss the opportunity to be vaccinated,” added Rita.
“The sooner we can get the vaccine, the more secure our health is and maybe that way, we can get rid of Covid-19 cases faster, thus helping to restore our lives as usual,” she concluded.
