DARO: Fourteen students from Sekolah Kebangsaan (SK) Mohamad Redeh took part in the Hero Sunathon 2025 mass circumcision programme, held recently at the Kampung Saai Community Hall here.

The programme was organised by the Parent-Teacher Association (PIBG) of SK Mohamad Redeh Saai, in collaboration with Alumni Science Tengku Abdullah 2000, Klinik As-Salam, the Kampung Saai Village Development and Security Committee (JKKK), and the Darul Fallah Mosque Committee.

SKMohamad Redeh PIBG Chairman Masli Masjidi highlighted that the programme aimed to uphold the circumcision tradition while strengthening community ties.

“Collaboration from various parties greatly contributed to the success of this programme, and everything ran smoothly.

“We are very grateful to everyone involved, especially Alumni Science Tengku Abdullah 2000, Klinik As-Salam, and other agencies that supported the success of this programme,” he said.

Earlier, the programme began with a parade of participants from Masjid Al-Falah, accompanied by villagers. The participants were showered with water from a fire engine, providing them with a unique and memorable experience.

The programme was further enlivened with marhaban performances and traditional dances, reflecting the beauty of local culture and the spirit of teamwork within the Kampung Saai community.

The event concluded with a lunch feast prepared collaboratively by the villagers, an effort that preserved tradition and fostered unity among the community members.
