KUCHING: Tabby Gastronomy is positioning itself as a distinctive dining venue in the city by introducing curated menus that highlight the personal culinary stories of its staff, alongside new innovations aimed at enhancing the overall dining experience.
Having operated for just over a year, the restaurant is developing menus that change with seasons and occasions, but with a twist.
Each cycle will place emphasis on one staff member at a time, allowing their signature dish and inspiration to take centre stage.
This ensures the restaurant’s offerings remain fresh and reflective of diverse culinary perspectives.
The menu is reviewed and refreshed approximately every three months.
In a move that further distinguishes the outlet, Tabby Gastronomy has also installed a gelato machine imported from Italy, which believed to be the first of its kind used by a restaurant in Sarawak.
Although the restaurant recently hosted a two-day festive buffet in conjunction with Christmas celebration, the management stressed that this was part of a broader effort to raise standards and introduce new dining experiences.
For this season, ingredients were fully imported to ensure consistency and quality.
With capacity for 80 to 100 guests at a time, Tabby Gastronomy is open for corporate functions, family gatherings and private celebrations, and is expected to continue expanding its menu concepts in line with major occasions in the months ahead.
