DEBAK: A total of 61 residents of Rumah Daniel Ranti at Menyalin Baru here had undergone Covid-19 screening on Friday (Mar 12).
Sanitisation work was also carried out immediately in addition to the movement restriction order enforced until March 25.
The Betong Division Social Welfare Department also came forward to deliver food aid to the residents.
Meanwhile, Tuai Rumah Daniel expressed his appreciation and gratitude for the concern and swift action by the government.
