MIRI: A total of 44 Primary schools and 16 Secondary schools in this division last Friday (July 24) received personal protective equipment (PPE) donated by Pertubuhan Ikram Malaysia (Ikram) Miri branch, in collaboration with Miri District Education Office and Sew4Frontliners Miri.
The simple handing over ceremony was held at Miri’s education office, and receiving on behalf of the schools was Miri district education officer officer Shirini Mastura Mohamed Zulkifli.
In her briefed speech, Shirini expressed her gratitude towards Ikram and Sew4Frontliners for their contributions which meant a lot to the schools in preventing the spread of Covid 19.
