KUCHING: Entrepreneurs and potential ones have been encouraged to take the National Entrepreneur Psychometric Test (MyNEPT) to enable them to identify their entrepreneurial traits and tendencies.
Women, Early Childhood and Community Well-being Development Minister Datuk Seri Fatimah Abdullah said they can then compare their psychometric test results with successful entrepreneurs at the local and international levels.
“This is the importance of the psychometric test because it helps in identifying your strength.”
Fatimah said this at the closing of the Basic Entrepreneurship Course Series 3/2022 held at a hotel, yesterday (Aug 14).
“An entrepreneur needs to have resilience, creativity, innovativeness and high interest in their business.
“Creativity not only in terms of displaying and packing of the products but also creativity in decision making when a problem arises.”
She also said that the Sarawak government will always provide assistance and facilities to micro-entrepreneurs.
Also present were JKMS Director Noriah Ahmad and INSKEN’s Head of Training Department Hafizul Khair.
