MIRI: Sarawak Oil Palms (SOP) held a Family Carnival as part of its community engagement goals at the Miri Indoor Stadium recently.
“The SOP Family Carnival was a wonderful opportunity for our employees, their families, and the community to come together and celebrate,” said its group chief executive officer Paul Wong.
“Our commitment to unity and social responsibility is deeply ingrained in our culture. By supporting Healthy Strides Malaysia, we aim to contribute to the health and well-being of the communities we serve.”
All proceeds generated from the event, including ticket sales and sales from food and merchandise stalls, will be donated to Healthy Strides Malaysia, an organisation committed to promoting health and well-being within local communities.
The carnival was also graced by Group Executive Chairman Ling Lu Kuang.
