LAWAS: The Regional Corridor Development Authority (RECODA) engaged with local stakeholders and conducted site visits in Kampung Trusan Tengah as part of the Santuni MADANI programme.
Led by its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Datuk Ismawi Ismuni, the engagement session aimed to foster closer connections with the local community, address pressing needs, and evaluate the progress of ongoing initiatives.
“The Santuni MADANI programme, overseen by the Implementation Coordination Unit (ICU) of the Prime Minister’s Department (JPM), is designed to enhance the potential of villages and empower local communities.
“Through direct monitoring and engagement sessions, the programme seeks to identify socio-economic challenges and address the specific needs of village residents,” it said in a press release today (Nov 27).
Present at the session were Datuk Henry Sum Agong and NRDA Regional Director Datuk Ubaidillah Abdul Latip.
Key locations visited included the Dewan Masyarakat, the Futsal Court, and the village mosque.
