KUCHING: Affin Bank Berhad spread early Raya cheers by delivering packed food to Sarawak Tribune and Suara Sarawak at the latter’s office in Kuching yesterday (March 25).
Presenting the packed food was Affin Bank’s Strategic Liaison manager for Sarawak, Andy Ismail, while the two dailies were represented by Shahraini Sajali. Also present at the event were the bank’s senior associate director Ahmad Sharlie Mushar and Business Development manager Suzana Suma.
According to Andy, this initiative is part of the bank’s ongoing effort to show appreciation for the media’s contributions.
He highlighted that this food distribution is an annual tradition by Affin Bank, aimed at strengthening ties with media partners.
In addition to the food distribution, Andy revealed that the bank plans to host several events with the media in the coming month, including a pickleball competition and a Raya open house, both set to take place in April.
