KUCHING: Sarawak will celebrate Women’s Day 2025 (HW25) on April 26 with a grand celebration at UCSI Hotel here.

The celebration will highlight the state’s commitment to women’s empowerment and their vital contributions to societal progress.

The event, themed “Sarawak Women Creating Legacies,” will honour the contributions and achievements of Sarawakian women in various fields and recognise their impact on shaping families, communities and the state’s development.

According to Women, Early Childhood, and Community Well-being Development Minister, Datuk Seri Fatimah Abdullah, Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg will officiate the Sarawak Women’s Day 2025 celebration.
