KUCHING: Sarawakian industry players from various sectors will be in Singapore to showcase their products at the Sarawak Mega Fair 2025, scheduled from Oct 16 to 19, 2025.
Sarawak Trade, Investment, and Tourism Office in Singapore (Statos) chairman Tan Sri Mohamad Morshidi Abdul Ghani said this inaugural mega exhibition will involve various state government agencies and the private sector.
“We will bring together all sectors, including agriculture, tourism, industry, and furniture. Everyone will be here to showcase their products,” he said in a statement from the Sarawak Public Communication Unit (Ukas) today.
According to Morshidi, the exhibition will be inaugurated by Sarawak Premier Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg and aims to attract industry players from both within and outside Singapore.
He said the fair will also feature seminars, promotions and talks about Sarawak’s potential in various fields.
Morshidi emphasised that besides highlighting local products, the Sarawak Mega Fair also aims to promote the tourism sector in Sarawak.
“We want more tourists from Singapore and abroad to come to Sarawak. There are many opportunities to explore and learn more about Sarawak at the Sarawak Mega Fair,” he added. – BERNAMA
