The issuance of strata titles for Taman Flora Indah has yet to be finalised as the project remains at the technical stage involving the Type B Survey (Stage 2), the State Legislative Assembly (DUN) was told today.
Deputy Minister of Urban Planning, Land Administration and Environment Datuk Len Talif Salleh said the Type B Survey for Taman Flora Indah 2 had been submitted by the consultant and was currently under review by the Land and Survey Department.
“For Taman Flora Indah 2 involving Lot 3848 Block 128 Kuching North Land District, the Type B Survey has been received from the consultant and is currently under review by the Land and Survey Department,” Len said in response to a question raised by Batu Kitang assemblyman Datuk Lo Khere Chiang during the Q&A session.
Meanwhile, he said Taman Flora Indah 1 and Taman Flora Indah 3 were also at the Type B Survey (Stage 2) phase.
“As for Taman Flora Indah 1 involving Lot 3847 Block 128 Kuching North Land District and Taman Flora Indah 3 involving Lot 3849 Block 128 Kuching North Land District, both are also at the Type B Survey (Stage 2) stage, which is currently being finalised by the appointed survey consultant,” he added.
Len Talif said this in response to a question raised by Batu Kitang assemblyman Datuk Lo Khere Chiang during the DUN sitting today.
